I was unsure of the the dorm style bathroom facilities (shower and bathrooms communal) I didn’t have any issues as there is a sink available within the personal room and the showers and toilets had full doors for more privacy (as compared to stalls). That made all the difference. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, looking forward to staying here again."

"My room had a personal hot tub in it with the natural hot spring directly flowing into it. Loved that i was able to enjoy the hot spring water in private as well as have use of the main pool if i choose. Great place to stay."
