Room could have been cleaner, had water damage on the wall of the bed, mold in the shower, pillows smelt weird like they needed to be washed, room was very dry and our allergies were really bad in the room I’m assuming from mold. Other than that the staff was great and we got to enjoy the pool a bit and spend time with family.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast did not disappoint, offering a variety of options to choose from. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. There were a number of items out of service such as the treadmills, vending and ice machines, and water fountains, but otherwise we were very pleased with the facility and will most definitely stay again.

So we unfortunately stayed when a storm had hit and there was no power at the hotel and therefore we couldn't use the amenities. The third shift guy Michael was very helpful taking us to our room via flashlight and getting us what we needed. They also had provided breakfast via donuts, bagels, juice, etc and McCafe coffee so we were still happy with our stay, especially under the circumstances out of their control.
