"The hotel is situated near the Gülsuyu metro stop - literally half way between SAW airport and Kadikoy on the M2 line. Just take the exit 2 and walk up the block to hotel. The non smoking room I had was okay since I’m not sure which other rooms on the floor were smoking — because the smell of smoke was obvious in the hallways and could keep smelling smoke in room even with air/fan on. Not until the smokers went to bed at night could I stop smelling smoke. The bathroom was great and the shower water pressure was top notch. Remember to save water and hang up towels to conserve. Like that they collected recycles separate from general waste. Overall, easy access to/from SAW airport and to the downtown areas, generous room space, and reasonably priced."

"A very nice hotel with luxurious feeling. Beautiful room, well amended bathroom with jacuzzi! But the best feature of the hotel is the staff. A nice young man helped me to find my room and set up Internet on my laptop. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport, and I used it - very nice big car with a friendly driver. Highly recommended!"

"Location is close to airport not really Istanbul Centre. Beautiful spa facilities, our Royal suite was very good with 1 full and one half bathroom. Breakfast buffet was not good, if you are a Marriott club, use that club M room instead of buying the buffet breakfast. The restaurant staff were not friendly or helpful. Despite my friend speaking Turkish to them, they were ignoring us. There was a very rude person name Ibrahim at the restaurant the night we arrived and the encounter was very unpleasant. The front desk staff were nice but did not have enough knowledge or experience how to help. We enjoyed our stay but would not go back there."
