Winterberry Lodge: Ski In/Out of this slopeside single condo. Best location!

Renters must be 25 years of age or older. We do not permit prom parties, high school graduations or other large parties to be conducted at our home.

As of May '19 - all new kitchen appliances.

Enjoy four seasons of fabulous at this single-family condo located at the top of the mountain at beautiful Peek 'n Peak Resort. This four bedroom home, plus loft, sleeps 12 comfortably. Enjoy all the amenities of home, while relaxing at this mountain top retreat. In the winter, it is a true ski in/ski out home, with direct access to Oxford Way, in between chair lifts 1 and 2. In the summer, it is just steps away from the Upper Course.

First Floor: Open floor plan featuring spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. Warm up with a wood burning fireplace and listen to your favorite music on the blue tooth speakers. The living room opens up to an exterior deck overlooking the slopes, with table and grill. Master suite features a king size bed and bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is also a half bathroom.

Upper Level: Queen bedroom, connected to another Queen bedroom by a full bathroom. Spacious loft with custom built twin beds.

Lower Level: Walk out to the ski slopes! Large 4th bedroom with two queen size beds and bunk beds, full bathroom with shower. Den with fireplace, TV, and Wii game system. Laundry room.

Exterior: Enjoy the screened in porch with seating for 6. Ample parking is available.

Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited.

This was a great place for a summer vacation. Our extended family rented 3 houses and we could easily walk between them. Streetlights made it easy. There were plenty of activities to satisfy different age groups.

Perfect Ski Weekend

The Winterberry Lodge is perfect for a large group. The home is true ski in/ski out in an excellent location, spacious and has great views. This was our second stay at this property and we definitely hope to return. The host Kelly responds quickly and is super helpful. 10/10 stay!

Perfect location to ski in ski out. House was a perfect size to accommodate large group. Loved the lower level walk out. Were able to keep all the ski equipment by the sliding glass door and out of the way. City had a water main break which was difficult not having water for a day. But Kelly was easy to reach and responded immediately. Only negative would be how hot it was at night in upper front bedroom. Seemed all heat was going there. We would definitely stay here again in the future

Clymer Ski resort

Beautiful home & the view was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Description should mention that there's a Keurig coffee maker. Description mistakenly listed there was a tea kettle but that was not a problem since there were plenty of pots to use.

Enjoyed our stay in this well maintained property. Owner was easy to communicate with prior to check in. Would recommend for anyone looking for a ski-in/ski-out stay at the Peek. Great area setup downstairs for gearing up to head out to the slopes.

Relax and Enjoy

If you're a skier this place is close to the lodge. What my wife and I like about it is that we can look out the windows and the sliding glass door to see the skiers get off of the ski lift and go skiing down the hill. We are both grandparents to our 20 month old girl so this is a great way of babysitting. This is our second year at this resort and we will be back next year. This is definitely the place to stay at.

Long weekend at the Peak

Ski in/ski out was great! Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds. Ski conditions were ok. (Can’t control that much) did have a hard time locating place, numbers out of sequence and no address at the road. Didn’t let that ruin our stay! We enjoyed our time at the Peak! Hoping to repeat next year!😁

Nice hideaway for a family group

This was a great house for a family vacation. Description of house was accurate, although not mentioned is that you do have to pass through one of the upstairs bedrooms to get to the loft. There are a large number of houses in the development all with the same architectural style and color (which is not really my thing) and the road up the hill is very winding and narrow, so it could be a bit treacherous in the winter. However, one of the ski lifts is very close and I could see how this would be an amazing ski-in/ski-out spot to stay. The house was clean when we arrived. Check-out instructions were posted on the refrigerator and were very clear. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and plenty of dishes/cooking pans/flatware for a larger group. Beds were comfortable. Our only real complaint was that the lower level bathroom shower didn't have much water pressure and all the water smelled like chlorine a couple of days. (I have the same chlorine issue in my own home occasionally because of the water treatment plant, so what's a person to do?)

This was the second time we stayed at this condo. It was great. Lots of beds and outside areas. Only thing l, that would be difficult to fix, is the size of the kitchen. It’s not made for more then 2 adults at a time.

Big house in a beautiful location

Great accommodations for a group visiting the area for a family wedding. The house was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the layout perfect for everyone to have their own space but also congregate in the living room/kitchen. There's also a lovely screened-in dining space for summer dinners.

Winter Getaway

The property is one of the few in Canterbury Place that has true ski in/ski out access. The property has plenty of space for large families. The common area/living room is small, but there is a full finished basement with a full living room. Also a full bath in basement. The property owner was kind enough to provide Duraflame logs for the fireplace which was great. The walk out basement door is fully setup with waterproof flooring and plenty of space to gear up and hit the slopes. Overall my family had an amazing time and we will definitely stay here next year.

A place you have to go to

We had 12 family members and a 9 month old Granddaughter to celebrate my sons 50th birthday. The house was very clean and very comfortable and was located adjacent to one of the many ski lifts. My adult children and their spouses had a very good time skiing, snow boarding and tubing while me and Grandma spent quality time taking care of our Granddaughter. One sure thing came out of this mini vacation is that all of us agree to go back again.

We've rented this property three years in a row, and it never disappoints. Location is the best at PnP, and the house itself is fantastic. Kelly makes it easy to want to stay here, so we're planning on renting it again next year!
