The main room provides an authentic cabin experience in the midst of beautiful mountain greenery, while the updated kitchen & bathroom provide the modern conveniences. Hosts provided us with excellent information about things to do in the area. We loved the location that is very close to quaint downtown Weaverville and excellent restaurants. Plus it is a short easy drive to Asheville. Great value for the price!"

"This is a well-maintained cottage of recent construction. It has two large bedrooms, each with a full bath, and a large kitchen/dining room/living room between the bedrooms. It also has a spacious screened porch that is surrounded by forest. Indeed, the whole cottage is surrounded by forest in a neighborhood that is like the Wind in the Willows. It is a beautiful property, inside and out; and the owner, who lives next door, is helpful"

"Two friends and I came to Asheville on a girls trip and stayed in this new house. I was a bit hesitant to book it because it was a new listing with no reviews yet, but I took a chance because the photos were appealing. The house is beautiful! It’s a little sparsely decorated, but that didn’t really matter to us. It’s a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath which we were looking for to all have our own rooms and baths. 2 of us ended up sharing a bathroom because the 3rd full bath is 2 floors down where there isn’t...

The cat museum was a must try, the little shops were filled with beautiful one of a kind items, the restaurants were all very good. "We were very impressed with the dome. It was just as represented in the pictures. We went during a colder time , but there were plenty of heat sources to use in the dome, so we had the view and feel of being outside with the comfort of being warm. The host provided little extra touches as well, that were unexpected. "This property is a bird sanctuary! It was so peaceful and a perfect getaway. The cabin with hot tub was comfortable. We enjoyed reading on the front porch, cooking out on the grill, fire pit under the stars at night and most of all the sounds of birds chirping during sunrise. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We look forward to our next getaway to Asheville River Cabins! "

"The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."
