"We love the Village Hotel at Biltmore. Biltmore estate and property itself is just something magical. We love all the activities to do on property. However all that being said, I do believe the Village hotel could use a refresh on the rooms. Even though they are nice and pretty clean, a refurbish is due. Just please don’t raise the prices!"

"The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Every staff from the front desk to bar, restaurant and coffee stand were very friendly and accomodating. I ordered a drink at the bar that required cranberry juice and the bar was out of cranberry juice, the bartender was nice enough to run to the pool bar to get cranberry juice to make my drink. Overall a great stay with great service!"

"The fire alarm went off around 11 PM and continued for about forty minutes. There was no fire. This did not make for a good night sleep. There was also a too much noise from the hallway. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel."

"I rented this property so my family could have a chance to vacation together and still have their own place to retreat to. The 6 days we spent together exceeded my expectations thanks to the quality of the cabins, the secluded location and yet the proximity to various places, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and The Island in Pigeon Forge. A truly wonderful experience."
