The staff here, receptionists, spa staff, restaurant and bar staff are all so friendly and no request is too much for them. This is our 3rd time her and will defo be returning. "

"Lovely entrance with friendly professional reception staff. Great welcome and good directions to our room. Lift which is small but always good to have. Room was lovely, good beds and spotless bedding, pillows and towels. Bedroom and bathroom very clean even the window ledges were very clean. Very comfortable with chairs and a table so that we could enjoy the fantastic sea view. Table with kettle (very clean) and tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Good size TV with usual channels and some Sky channels. Wardrobe and bedside tables with touch lamps. Couldn't ask for anything better."

"Nice environment. We were visiting Llandudno and stayed a night at this property and it was just perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and if I was ever in the area, I'd definitely lodge here again. Nice helpful staff at the reception and the rooms were clean and well taken care of."
