There was one waiter serving from the bar and we sat on the lawned terrace for 25 minutes and no one came to serve us so I had to ask reception to send someone. The spa is very old and desperately in need of a full refurbishment. The food was fairly good but considering the cost wasn’t worth it as I've eaten better three course meals for less in many other top restaurants. "Have stayed here before and location is fairly central on prom. Nice views of prom and pier/orme from room. Just breakfast and no parking provided but convenient hotel for most needs."
