The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with modern touches. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making everything easy from check-in to check-out. "Great facilities, very comfortable bedding and shower facilities. Check in was awesome and they provided breakfast in a bag with pastries, fruit, water and snacks as we had to leave early. The staff was super friendly and while Conwy isn’t walkable this is still a great location."

"I was meeting up with some friends in Llandudno and picked this hotel as it's dog friendly. My room was basic but very clean and comfortable. I had the bonus of a seaview too. The check in lady was very friendly as was lady next morning when I checked out. I was meeting my friends for breakfast so I can't comment on it but it smelled good! "
