"This is a very nice B&B located conveniently to the attractions around Kerr Lake Reservoir . It is owned and operated by a couple from the Netherlands who sprinkle a little Dutch into the breakfast. The house was a pre-civil war Tobacco Plantation home. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and Martin, our host was very attentive and helpful. I would rate it a very good value"

Gas station is walking distance. Next to a Food Lion. Everything was comfortable to me for a 2 night stay for my family of 5 "

"This is our third or fourth time staying here. Convenient location on bluestone creek. Close to Clarksville and within 15-20 min and shorter of all popular boat ramps. Plenty of boat parking for 4-5 boats. This is a must for a large group, no unhooking. This house has all the amenities one could ask for. All the kitchen utensils, two refrigerators, a grill, and much more! Thanks again Mathew for hosting us. You will see us again."

"We rented the Hyco Lake Gem for our family to gather for an early Christmas gathering. We had family come from out of state and were excited about the lake time and boat house space! The Gem really delivered! The house had everything we needed and nothing we did not. We spent hours on the dock and at the boat house fishing and making memories! It was a little hike down to the lake, but luckily we were all able bodied and able to enjoy it! It would have been difficult if our elderly parents had...
