"We booked a suite, aware that there was no elevator, and ascended to our room. The suite was exceptionally spacious. It featured a Jacuzzi, which we attempted to utilize, but it consistently expelled a significant amount of debris back into the room, resulting in an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. Despite these minor inconveniences, the property is not particularly new, but it is satisfactory. The staff was also commendable. What we particularly enjoyed was the restaurant, where the cuisine was exceptionally delectable."

"You’re gonna find a nice beautiful Samsung refrigerator. It doesn’t work. They’re gonna direct you to a mini fridge. If you complain about the fridge they’re gonna tell you that they’re gonna send a technician and they’re gonna become unresponsive. They’re gonna tell you that if you use a certain amount of electricity you’re gonna be charged extra, even though you’re paying an exorbitant price for the lodging anyway. I threatened to check out early and request a refund for the remainder of my stay so they compensated me by moving me to another one of the properties with less amenities you had to pay for the air conditioner if you want it and everything else was an included fee at no time that they offer a refund for the difference in the property prices. I contacted Barbara various times they told me they would contact the holes last in ultimate unit and then at the end they offered me 120 key credit that was never given. I like to venue ive stayed at it before. But unfortunately, this time I ended up with a horrible host that doesn’t invest in their property doesn’t maintain it aside from the refrigerator being broke. The hair dryer was broke and iron was missing. Horrible experience. I definitely ask what host I’m dealing with in the future if I even continue to use vrbo."
