It was pretty quiet, although there was some work being done near by, it wasn’t at unreasonable hours and didn’t impact our stay. The neighbors on one side are close, but the view other side made it feel very private. I would stay again for sure."

"Beautiful Sea Ranch location in the redwoods with an ocean view. Cozy living room with lots of windows. WiFi is very fast and TV had plenty of streaming apps. Kitchen fully loaded. Bedroom is upstairs loft so be prepared to climb. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Couldn’t check in at 4:00 because we didn’t have the code to open the door. Tried several times to get in touch with the host by text and phone. Finally called the restaurant and got the code. So took over an hour to get in. Also there was pee in the toilet! Otherwise it was clean."

"This is a cozy one bedroom unit right off the Main Street in Clearlake. If you want very simple then this is the place. Price is very reasonable and it’s comfortable. My only issue was how the cleaning crew missed a few things that were obvious. Nothing major but I have been around janitorial businesses for years so I may be a little biased."

"We had a nice time staying at Foxwood for a second time. We stayed last July. This house is cozy & has a great location close to River, beach , guernville, redwoods etc… it’s well equipped with comfortable beds, good lighting, games, it was nice soaking in hot tub after a long day of hiking. And we also enjoyed doing puzzles & board games on a rainy Friday. We will return again. The only thing we would recommend is that the kitchen could use a set of measuring cups & a sheet pan, griddle pan for...

"We had a fantastic time while we stayed here. Just what we needed to relax and get away from our lives for a couple days. Everything was perfect and already set up for us by the time we got there! The property manager, Rachel even saved us when we got locked out on the back porch. The only thing I hope they improve is the bathroom, the tub was fairly small for me and the water temperature was temperamental, but other than that the place was magical."
