"My stay was great "

"The hotel is wonderful, very clean and up to date and the staff is kind and responsive. My one complaint is about parking. The valet parking is very convenient but costs $45 per day which is excessive. There are other local options, but they are also pricey and are either not covered or a bit of a walk and with recent crime activity in Charlotte, I did not feel comfortable walking at night. Other than parking, the hotel was perfect for us and I would definitely stay here again!"
