"We really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Ypres. The Menin Gate was viewed from our property and attending the Last Post ceremony just outside our door was a truly memorable experience. The accommodation is spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was the ideal place for exploring Ypres and the surrounding battlefields."

"Location was fantastic, the property was great for our family and had full facilities. Views of Menin Gate from the windows and easy walk to all destinations in town."

"We got to the hotel early (by train) and had scheduled a tour of the battlefields and museum. We had asked to leave our bags there, and they already had our room ready at 9:00 AM. Very nice."

"A boutique hotel that was truly awesome! I contacted the owner to alert him of my ETA the evening before & he rapidly replied with my room # & provided all necessary access info. Manteka Logies is very well located, virtually beside the tourist office & the Flanders Field Museum. The room had a comfy bed, a bar fridge, Nespresso coffee maker (or another brand that worked the same way), several coffee pods, creamers, sugar, a small kettle & an assortment of tea. "I had a wonderful stay here in the beautiful town of Ypres. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the host was very, very welcoming. The property is in the centre of the town close to all amenities. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it."

"All good, good location. Lovely breakfast and easy to park."

"Im Badezimmer waren Spinnweben in der Deckenbeleuchtung. Das Fenster hatte auch schon bessere Tage gesehen."

"This hotel is in an amazing location. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional. We had had a very long day driving in from Caen in horrible weather and delayed due to an accident shutting down the highway. The gentleman at the desk was so kind and friendly. He was able to get us a dinner reservation when everything in town was booked solid. Just spectacular customer service. Also, if you're looking for a great dining experience, 'T Zweerd was excellent."

"J'ai été ravis de l'accueil, de la chambre spacieuse et de la propreté irréprochable. Si l'occasion se présente de nouveau de séjourner dans la région lilloise, je serais enchantés de réserver une chambre a nouveaux."

"Marie was a warm and generous host. The room was chic, clean and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding with many homemade treats, local meats and cheeses and excellent coffee. Don’t be put off by the small roads on the way to the hotel! It’s definitely worth the drive!"

"Anne was an amazing host. "

"Vraiment rien à redire, c'est un 10/10 sur toute la ligne. Plus propre que cela serait très difficile. Petit-déjeuner bluffant Accueil exemplaire Un endroit très très calme et agréable. L'airco au top vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés :-)"

"This is an amazing little eight room hotel in Vleteren, Belgium. An absolutely charming hostess. Made our reservations at a local restaurant. Gave us advice and history about the area. FREE parking. FREE breakfast, with individually prepared Omelettes. Honesty bar. Very clean and well maintained."

"Interesting stay. Rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. All electronic communication was helpful. But we had no personal interactions with staff. Picked up a key at a desk, and dropped it off 2 days later. We rented bikes both days and rode to nearby 4-6 miles breweries, which were both excellent. I recommend the Hotel Anphor for the bike rental."

"We had the suite with its own lovely terrace. The room and bathroom was large, clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Poperinge is a small town, but well located in relation to the area's attractions."
