Uber/Lyft are super accessible in Saratoga. 4 car driveway with street parking available.
○ Dogs must be leashed at all times out front of the property and waste must be bagged and disposed in the trash. Guests will be charged an additional pet fee in the event the dog waste is left in the yard after check out.
○ No pets on furniture. Guests will be charged an additional pet fee in the event that evidence of pets on the furniture is found after check out.
○Limit of 1 pet per stay. Additional pets may be allowed with prior approval and will incur an extra pet fee.
○ No shoes inside
○ No parties or extra guests. Guests will be charged the full extra guest fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.
○ No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found inside the property
○ 4 vehicle limit no street parking
○ Strict outdoor quiet hours past 9PM. This is a family neighborhood so please be respectful and considerate by not disturbing the neighbors with noise.

Lovely house with all the amenities of home. Very clean and beautifully set up. This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a rental. The host was accommodating and quick to respond, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Nice neighborhood, comfortable beds

The home is very nicely decorated and in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store. My teenage son loved the gaming console in the basement! A few minor things could be implemented to improve the guest experience: body wash and shampoo provided in bathrooms was great and not expected, but bottles were mostly empty - might want to restock; it was odd there were no paper towels in the kitchen- not looking for a fully stocked kitchen, but all rentals we have stayed in before usually have a starter supply which is a nice convenience; and while it was not overly strong, you can tell this is pet friendly property when you enter the home- a bit of an odor, might want to replace area rugs that could have been subject to pet accidents from prior visitors.

Skidmore Reunion Weekend

My friends and I visited Saratoga for our 25th year college reunion. We thought to stay on campus, but changed our minds, and I’m so glad we did! It poured the weekend we were there. When it got too wet on campus, we retreated to this lovely home to snuggle under the couch blankets and play the Scrabble game and guitar that were provided. The beds were comfortable and had phone chargers, and the bathroom had plenty of towels. When the door code didn’t work, the owners called right away to explain where the extra key was, and came the next day to reset the system. They even brought us a complementary bottle of Prosecco!

A Gem!

This was a perfect spot for our group of five. The owners provided every comfort. The house was SUPER clean and kitchen was well stocked. Loved the open concept for the kitchen, sunroom & living room spaces. Great deck and a fenced backyard for our dog to get some exercise. Really beautiful neighborhood for a daily walk. Just a short drive in to walk around Saratoga Springs. We definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay with your family.

This is a very nice and clean place to stay. They owners are very responsive with any questions. Nice location very close to lots of good places to eat and entertainment. Also, less than 5 minutes from the Saratoga Springs Park that is a great place to walk trails with your family and dogs if you have them with you.

Great stay in Saratoga!

The house was just as listed - very clean and well appointed. Large fenced in yard for our two pups to run around. Very close to downtown Saratoga. The host, Alexis, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be staying here again!

2 day getaway in Saratoga Springs

My wife and I had never been to Saratoga Springs and were looking for a nice place to stay while taking in the sights. This location was very close to everywhere we planned to visit. It was extremely clean and obviously well-maintained. We brought our 2 dogs and there was a nice fenced in back yard for them to play. I couldn't recommend it more highly and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Comfortable home near Saratoga.

We had a great stay at Tamarack Trail Saratoga Springs ny. The place was clean and even got to bring our pup. In a great neighborhood. Quiet and friendly. Would definitely come again.

Perfect accommodations!

We stayed at the property to attend a wedding in Saratoga. The house is immaculate, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and toiletries. We didn’t need to cook but the kitchen was well appointed and there was a full size grill if you wanted to cook outdoors. It was the perfect place to stay as we attended various family events. Communication was timely and very clear. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Great Home Base!

This home was perfect for our mother/ daughter trip to Saratoga, a place that holds special summer memories for me and my 4 adult daughters. This immaculate property was perfectly situated for all our needs. SPAC was 5 minutes away - we were home within minutes after a night enjoying the NYCBallet. The grocery store where we bought our picnic was close by, and downtown Saratoga was less than 10 minutes. A perfect day at the races (also just minutes away) capped things off. The property had everything we needed and the host was kind, responsive and very accommodating when we needed to arrive early. We hope to come back and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for the racetrack

House was great and looks even better in person than in the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful. 4 miles from the track but takes about 20 minutes via car, super easy trip to get there and back. Would recommend!

Saratoga get away

Our stay was fantastic! The location of the property was excellent ,lovely neighborhood. The property was very well equipped, and the host Was very responsive. We would stay at this property again and highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.
