"Excellent stay! My parents stayed at this hotel without speaking English, but that was never a barrier. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made their stay very comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, with quick and easy access to the airport. The hotel also offers a great price for the quality and service. Above all, we truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"My only complaints 1. The receptionist ay check-in placed me in an extremely noisy room where the water ran through the pipes incredibly loudly and kept me awake! 2. My first night sleep was very disturbed. The night receptionist offered me a change of room straight away, and was very helpful 3. The same person at check-in deliberately kept me waiting when I was leaving or entering the Hotel via the carpark; even when I asked him to let me out. I think it is so sad that having met the lovely manager, it's sad to know that staff can give the hotel a bad name."

"Hotel was very easy to get to with plenty of parking, lovely furniture and decor all around. To the rear of property was a small lake with Fish which you could feed if asked reception for food for them. Room was really clean and very good as it had both bath with shower and a seperate shower. Large tv and comfy beds. Pool was slightly smaller than i expected but nice and warm. Changing rooms needed someone to regularly attend and clean especially as bins were always full. Restaurant was very nice could do with a bigger menu however food was tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast had plenty choices however for some items there was an additional charge which i thought was a bit cheeky. Quiet location from the hustle n bustle 9f Cambridge but not much in the immediate vicinity other than Morrisons. The only downside to hotel when i was there was that both lifts were not working for 2 days which with heavy suitcase or anyone with disabilities getting upstairs was a major issue. Was informed that help with the evacuchair could be used to get downstairs but this seemed a bit excessive. All in all a pretty good hotel and i would stay here again."

"Very close to the airport and premium park. Would recommend booking an extra night of parking at one of the main airport parking areas and walking over to the hotel, save you the extra driving in the morning."

"We were warmly greeted at reception by Hayley. We checked in and booked breakfast for the morning. Hayley also gave us bottled water for our room. Our room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a beautifully cooked full English breakfast, with fruit juice and coffee and the option of yoghurt and fruit. Yes, the hotel needs some TLC in some areas, but the excellent customer service more than made up for it."
