"We had a twin room up on level 2. It was quite warm but we had fans. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. It is not a quiet hotel but it is a good one. If you're a light sleeper, take earplugs as the building is old and you can hear people walking down the corridor. Breakfast at the hotel is not essential, plenty of great places to eat around there. Lots of places to eat for all means. Cobblers bar attached to the hotel was excellent. Absolutely lovely staff and quick, delicious food after a day of travel."

"Efficient staff at check in, lovely spacious , airy room. Super efficient lady in the breakfast room, good selection at breakfast, hot and cold food available in the Bar in the evening. Complementary drinking water and coffee making facilities would have been a nice touch. Staff very pleasant throughout the hotel. Would stay here again."
