I was washing clothes and did not realize it takes a longer cycle than American washing machines. I contacted Angela and she was there within 5 minutes. She explained how it worked and we were good to go. Angela is a delightful person. It is a bit difficult to locate, but well worth the effort. Thank you, Marilyn "
