  • Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Les Roches". 700 m from the centre of Le Pouldu, 5 km from the centre of Clohars-Carnoet, 13 km from the centre of Quimperlé, 5 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 50 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 700 m, grocery 950 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 850 m, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "Plage Bellangenet" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 1.3 km, sailing school 1.3 km, walking paths from the house 5 m. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot.
