"I was promised the fire place worked. that is the only reason I booked the place. I expect a portion 0f what I spent returned."

"No heat for the first of 2 days. Not good"

"My daughter and I were looking for someplace to meet in the middle… one coming from upstate New York and one coming from Massachusetts. This was not the first hotel we looked at. Fortunately it is the one we stayed at! The facility is very nice, even though older still very well maintained. Staff was exceptional! The location was perfect for just a fun getaway weekend. The downtown area has some lovely restaurants and shops but the restaurant at the resort was also very good. We enjoyed the area...

"Best part was the recommendation to eat at the great place across the street. Didn't really care for no one being there ( customer service) Spendy for the small room. Great remodel...cute place but tiny for two people. We went to the bar ( 20 min before they opened) Instead of offering to serve us a drink they recommend we go to a bar down the street!? I was kinda puzzled by that"

"I promise, especially if you’re staying in the condo buildings you will love it"

"Beautiful property! The charm and character of the place were amazing. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were quaint and well appointed, clean with comfy beds!"

"Breakfast was very good. Had dinner at the restaurant & it was excellent"

"Rob the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. The food and the restaurant were very good. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. It is in the center and friendly shops near by. Parking was included and in front of the inn."

"This location has everything all in one, Bed&Breakfast, restaurant and location. The staff is very engaging and friendly. The food was very good, but the only disappointment was dealing with little flies or gnats in the dining room. Without the pests this would have been a perfect place. The locals appear to love this place for dining and takeout."

"This may have been one of the best places that I’ve ever seen"

"Fireplace didn’t work. Would love to see the coffee at the “market” be available before 7am."

"We had a river view suite. Trouble was you couldn’t see the river. There was to much undergrowth and trees, so you couldn’t tell there was a river there. The view from our balcony was beautiful, out onto the large lawn and a small pond. The TVs are old, so you couldn’t stream. Make sure you tell the front desk or put out your door hanger or you won’t get your room refreshed. The bar seemed open only during dinner hours. During our stay, one night the chief was “out” and they only served...

"This property is beautiful, peaceful, friendly, welcoming and far enough away from the green for a noiseless stay. The wine, cheese and bites that start your evening are lovely and gives you the opportunity to meet other guests if you choose. Ms. Walton, the host, was friendly, helpful and warm. She made me feel right at home. A magnificent place to stay in Woodstock Vermont"

"Beautiful room especially with our dog. Outside entrance was a plus! Comfortable bed and chairs. Excellent staff. Every detail was well thought out . We will come again!"
