"From start to finish of our visit we were totally happy with all aspects of the stay and will certainly return."

"Hotel is modern, well maintained with lovely staff. Rooms are really well kept with beds and pillows that are so comfortable! The best we have had for a long time. Parking is easy, breakfasts are always excellent, with the hot food regularly topped up. Pool area is really clean, helpful staff, and you can order coffee/drinks to be brought to you on the sun beds. A nice touch! Only issue we had was that the air-con was so cold in the evening, it would have been better to be turned down a touch!"

"I have stayed at the Bull Hotel once before because I live in Skegness and I needrd to catch an early train from Peterborough. So, when I needed to do the same thing the Bull was the obvious place to stay. There is plenty of parking, with two EV chargers. I programmed my car's sat nav with 3 Fitzwilliam Street Peterborough as the archway over the entrance to the carpark is immediately to the left of number 3. The room I had was clean, tidy comfortable with two armchairs. The bed was comfy. I ate breakfast there. Breakfast is a buffet. Breakfast was an enjoyable experience. To quote MacArthur when thr Japanese invaded the Philippines 'I shall return'."

"Check-in was friendly and helpful and accommodating, the lobby area was spacious and open, my bedroom was large/spacious/clean. The bathroom was clean with an excellent shower and facilities. (NB: The hotel has recently acquired new owners and an extensive renovation has commenced and as a result not all areas are accessible/usable ...... YET!) There is no restaurant or room service available other than beverage facilities in the room. The grounds surrounding the hotel desperately need work and tidying up. HOWEVER, work is visibly in progress and the staff that are on site excel in customer service. The hotel is definitely on the way up! I would recommend it unreservedly👍👍👍👍 "

"Stayed here a few times when visiting family. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, really sets you up for the day. Living in the US you don't get breakfast like this. The only thing I would like to see is the amenities in the bathroom more eco friendly. Liquid hand soap as opposed to a bar. Some hotels even have the dispensers in the showers. This would have been handy for our shower as you had to put the shower gel on the floor. Coffee, not used to making this with a kettle but its' fine. The court yard now has seating which really looks lovely. Love the interior of the hotel, a very trendy feel which mixes well with such a beautiful building. Over all we would highly recommend this hotel if visiting the area."
