"Disappointed the pool was closed but it was October, which is summer weather for us from Alaska. I wish they had a snack/deli shop or restaurant. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. Quiet and clean."

"The staff were great and let my family use the breakfast area for an evening family get together. It was great. However, the rooms had a musty smell and my son and daughter in-law had to move to another hotel because the hotel was full, but there room had a mold and mildew problem to where she was having difficulty breathing. The hotel (not Hotels,com) refunded one night. The HVAC and ventilation system needs improvement."

"The hotel overall was great! It was close to great shopping at Alderwood Mall and nearby restaurants. There is easy access to their transportation system and close to the train. The only downside is that the hot tub jets were not working, and there was no sign posted. The overall staff were very friendly and helpful."
