"I spent a lot of time reading reviews searching for a great hotel in Times Square, so I'm happy to write one on behalf of Arlo. The stay was excellent, the hotel has a great vibe. Excellent location, easily walkable to both MSG/Penn Station and Times Square. The food was excellent at the restaurant and the cafe. Rooftop deck was awesome! The staff was super helpful and friendly. It seems silly to recommend a hotel over great elevators but this was a perk for us after previously having stayed up the street at a big name hotel and having to wait for up to 10 PACKED elevators before being able to get on. There are 5 elevators and we never waited for more than a minute. I will definitely stay there again."

"a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, and the location is absolutely amazing. The beds are super comfortable I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom is a bit on the smaller side, but that’s just a tiny detail because the shower is incredible! Powerful and relaxing, exactly what you need after a long day of exploring. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"We were only in the room to drop bags and then later to sleep. The location is what sold us on the hotel. We enjoyed a nice dinner with dessert at Serendipity!!!"
