"It’s an apartment for short term rent which was not clearly described to me. It’s not a full service hotel. The location is good. The biggest problem is the noise from the street. Very loud car and truck all night long. No sound insulation at all."

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully renovated, bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close to Oxford. Iftikhar is a wonderful host, very responsive and totally accommodating! The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and the free parking was a huge bonus. We especially enjoyed the large balcony and comfortable living space. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend...

"This is an exquisitely decorated and immaculate flat in central Oxford. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the kitchen adequately stocked, and the location excellent. The back garden is small but a lovely space for a morning coffee. The flat itself is large, airy, and well designed. I would certainly stay here again."

"The studio was ok but virtually all of the photos were not of the studio but of other listings which looked much nicer than the one I booked. Very disappointed that parking was not listed as first come first served, so I had no parking. Residence did not reply to any messages through the contact property link but they were helpful when I managed to phone them."

"The location is great, being a shortish walk into the city with plenty of bus options. The layout of the flat is good for the price but I had some issues with comms with owner - no 'welcome' explaining parking, when access details would be passed on so I had to chase that the day before. Access is easy and great not to worry about keys. In the flat the tower fan didn't work - luckily we were past the 32 degrees plus heat but it was still high 20's. Also limited crockery/glasses, no baking tray...

She has great knowledge of the surrounding area as we wanted to go walking and even emailed with an extra details.The guest to guest book was good giving information on successful trips by them. The bird seed was a lovely addition and we enjoyed seeing the local ones devour the food we had put out."
