"On arrival the converted barn was beautifully clean. Superb hot tub. Everything you could want was there except for a mop which would have been essential as coming from the hot tub left considerable wetness on the kitchen floor.The other detail, not shown in photos when booking, was the giant solar assisted heating pump in the small bathroom that was very off putting. "On arrival we were able to enter the property easily and found a large spacious house according to the listing.However, on looking for cups to make tea we saw that cups, glasses and crockery were dirty and so we ran the dishwasher soon after arriving. We also found dirty roasting pans in two of the ovens. One of the frying pans was extremely rusty and should have been disposed of long ago. The property was clean overall except for the utility room which had very grimy work surfaces. There was...
