"This was a beautiful inn. We needed a stopover on our way to Cooperstown. Only problem was that we were staying Monday and Tuesday. The inn and their 5 star restaurant are unmanned on those nights. We loved it because we had the run of the inn. Beautiful patio and yard. They did leave us continental breakfast though. I’d love to come back when the restaurant was open"

"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...

"Property was immaculately kept. It was bright, airy and conducive to both relaxing and working, which i had to do some of while i was there. The property manager was communicative and helpful, leaving great printed instructions and responding immediately when i had questions. The sofa directly in front of the TV in the living room is the most comfortable couch in the history of the world. The only thing better than this property was its location, right near Lake Oneida. Overall great experience!"

" Didn't get the code to get in till Saturday night. Which wouldn't help me because we got there Thursday. place was not clean best from the past 2 tenants. At least In laws their weekend Be fou So it could have been the past 2 to 3 people stayed there. I definitely want my money back for my cleaning Fay."
