Pet Rules Policy
• Pet weight limit: 35 lbs.
• No Pitbulls
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves
No Smoking Policy
• Smoking will result in a $500 fine.
No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.
○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.
Noise Curfew Policy
• Noise curfew:
○ 8 PM–7 AM (weekdays)
○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends)
• Penalties for violation:
○ First: Complimentary warning.
○ Second: $100 fine.
○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.
Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy
• This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.
• For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.
• Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.
Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy
• Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.
• Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal.
• Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.
Guest Policy
• No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.
• Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. (Building Rules)
Local Guest Policy
• No locals (zip codes starting with "441") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and must be approved by the host (Building Rules)
