There were nice touches such as additional blankets and a few additional items in the bathroom such as makeup cleansing clothes, toothbrushes, etc. We were also very close to Charlotte which was nice because we could go there and come back to less traffic at this location. "

"We lucked into this hidden gem. It was absolutely wonderful and clean. We got the pleasure of meeting Brenda who was very nice to work with. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Rusty. It was so nice sitting on the deck drinking our coffee in the mornings. Everything you could possibly need is there we hope to visit again maybe in the summer time. "Our family was visiting a family member who moved to Charlotte. We decided to stay at this Cornelius condo so we would have good access to Charlotte, but also the Lake Norman area. The location was great. The community was excellent with a great pool. Great spot for a family with young kids or adults. Justin was a great host and even took care of a minor garbage pickup issue we had himself! I'd recommend this rental."

"I definitely will be booking again if I’m in this area. Everything was clean and comforting. The host responded to me quickly any time I had a question. A lot of living essentials are provided which was an added bonus. There are lots of updated amenities which gives it a modern feel. There are a set of stairs to apartment A, this may not be feasible for a person who has difficulty with stairs. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves!"

We’ve never stayed somewhere that we didn’t have to bring trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap.
