"I’ve always loved coming to this hotel for many years. However, a few months ago, they started having a lot of management issues, and the staff wasn't the best. Until last month, I loved the customer service of a new front desk staff member named Love, and yes, her name matches her lovely personality. She has truly been a great asset to the hotel because the manager they have, in my honest opinion, shouldn’t be a front desk manager; her attitude is not the best for customer service. At breakfast, I love the service of Patricia; she was super attentive and clearly shows she cares about guest service, and I really appreciate that. I hope that on my next visit, I can continue to see Love and Patricia, as they really make the hotel experience incredible."

"My family and I stayed here for my son‘s birthday celebration… We took him to Disney for his 21st birthday to drink around the world! We had a great time! This property was great! It was clean and a great location. They also allowed us to bring our fur babies which made a huge difference for us!! we would definitely stay here again"

"This house was a great place to stay and was perfect for our family. The pool was wonderful. We spent a lot of time by the pool. We loved watching the sun rise on the pool deck. We enjoyed the game room too. We loved that we all had our own space. The rooms were very nice. Very clean house. Loved seeing the wildlife. We will book this again if we come the the Orlando area. Host answers quickly."
