"This is a nice property right on colonial Beach and right in the town of colonial Beach. However I put through expedient and I booked two reservations one for a friend. They charged me for both and my friend for his. Not cool. I don't know how to get my money back."

"The room was very nice all around. Knowing that the hotel was in renovation mode. My only concern is that the bathtub became very slippery after the first person used it. May I suggest a rubber mat on the tub's floor, or an extra bar on the outside tub for a much safer entry. Thank you!"

"The large and pretty Victorian house was in convenient walking distance to restaurants, shops, and town. We had a beautiful view of the harbor marina! Love waking up to that view and having breakfast looking at the people taking morning walks. The hosts Steve and his wife, Shawn, were so dear. They welcomed us with a tour and cookies! Always sweets wherever we turned so we really loved that! Shawn is an excellent baker...I blame her for my weight gain lol. Everything was clean, comfortable, ...

"The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out."

"The property is easy to access and the house is filled with natural light from the huge windows. It’s a wonderful getaway if you want to unplug and enjoy a cozy few days of quiet. We found a waterfront Mexican restaurant nearby and walked to the winery next door. It’s very clean and the host is very responsive if you have any questions. Loved drinking coffee on the deck while enjoying the peaceful pond view. Left relaxed and refreshed!"

"This cottage was right on the main road in Colonial Beach. It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The outdoor area was relaxing and had a fire pit and grill. The location was close to everything in town. You could walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants. We love the area and hope to return soon!"
