"The place was beautiful! Very clean! Check in was very quick and the staff are wonderful. I was a little disappointed over the view from our window but it was a last minute reservation and it was so hot out anyway It didn't really affect our trip. Breakfast was wonderful and I liked that they serve cookies at 3:00. That was a nice added bonus. I was surprised at the $20 per night for parking. This was the first time we had ever been here. I thought it was a little expensive but we like it well...

"Great front desk and excellent rooms! I actually changed rooms to get a better sunset and it was no problem. Having access to Don Cesar was helpful and very nice. Best balcony since the Diplomat in Fort laud. 4 thumbs up!"

It would be a good property for families, and a good property for a group trip in that the individual units are all situated around a common area which has lots of seating and a couple of grilling areas. Not-so-good: We made several contacts with management because the tv in the living room didn't work and were completely ignored. "Great place to hang out and hit the beach 3 min walk or the bay. Our host Maria is awesome. Great if you have a dog to bring. The place is dated but very functional. For the price it is probably the best deal in the area. Nothing flashy but very comfortable."
