"Hot tub was broken, refrigerated and microwave didn't work, door facing was broken."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth with no issues. The pool was reasonably warm and hot tub great temp. My only complaint would be the tile in the pool area is very slippery and as an older person this can be disconcerting. We had a great time with the grandkids."
