"A Grand Hotel that has frayed a bit around the edges. Clean and well-appointed, and in a convenient location in downtown Natchez with a good view of the river. It does, however, need a bit of updating - no USB ports in the rooms, for example - and the entire facility could use a refresh. Restaurant serves breakfast only, but with an excellent selection.

"Towels, coffee cups, bed being made, none of this happened during a 3 night stay. Had to go to the front counter to get towels. Trash being emptied is the only thing that happened regularly. The staff had no interest in the travelers. Barely made eye contact, no smiles. Way different than last month."
