"We stayed here at the beginning and end of a month long trip. Two days initially just to get over jet lag, and then 4 at the end where we planned to explore Sydney. The initial stay the staff let us check in very early which was incredibly appreciated. They were super helpful that whole visit any time we needed as well. The neighborhood it's located in is nice. It has restaurants and is walking distance from a grocery store, library, park, and Metro. It has a kitchen, but was kind of frustrating because it was severely undersupplied with cooking tools. I don't know if it's a normal thing in Australia to bring those with you, but I believe the sum total was two frying pans and a mid sized pot (no utensils). We weren't really planning to cook while there but if we had been we would have been disappointed.
Warning, you can't stay here if you have someone under 18 with you. I don't know if Expedia auto filled us as 3 adults instead of 2 adults and a child when I was doing my search (I looked a couple of different times over a few days when booking for this trip) but we had to leave midway through the latter stay because of this. They didn't say anything the first time we were there and they informed us of this kind of late in the day the night before they expected us to leave. We were there in the off season so it wasn't a problem booking a different location, and they might have handled it differently had it been but we could have been in a bad spot otherwise."
