"What a gem of a hotel, situated right on the harbour with views across the marina.the staff were all so friendly and helpful, happily going above and beyond to provide 'wows'. We only had a standard room, but, in line with the whole hotel, it was beautifully and quirkily furnished, clean and well appointed. So lovely also to be served a top quality breakfast, without self service at a buffet. Not cheap, but highly recommended. Overall probably the best hotel experience I have had! We have no plans to visit Ipswich again, but I'd love to be able to move this place around to wherever I plan to visit. "

"Easy to get to, although we were too early to check in and had to leave to get to a festival the staff looked after our overnight bags and was very easy to check in when we returned….room very clean, nice big TV, staff helpful and friendly, will def stay again…"
