"Unacceptable and Unsanitary – Do Not Stay Here!I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere. The lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene here is a serious health and safety concern.Upon arrival, I was shocked to find what appeared to be blood on the elevator floor. Things only got worse once I entered the room. The bathroom had visible mold, the carpet and furniture were visibly stained and dirty, and the bed skirt was completely...

"My only complaint is they did not clean the room the entire time we were there. Also very upset about Expedia charging $432 and when I got the receipt from the hotel it was under $250. It was $189 difference in rated! I want a refund! Buyer beware"
