"Everything was perfect about this property! From check in to check out everything was great. Communication with property owner was perfect. The property itself was everything we could have asked for. Great location from boat ramp and perfect dock for tying up our boat. There was ample room for our toddler to run when we weren't in the water. The walk from the house to lake was short and was a visible safe path. The tractor with a trailer to help get stuff to the lake was the perfect addition. The house was perfect. Great vacation spot and will definitely vacation here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this lake front property. The house accommodated 3 generations of our family. The basement was perfect for the teenagers and kids. They enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey tables. We brought our boat and enjoyed so much time on the water, as well as floating, swimming and fishing from the dock. The communication from the owner was excellent and we highly recommend this vacation rental. "

"The house is amazing and the location is perfect. While there, we enjoyed seeing all types of wildlife, from deer, eagles, groundhogs, waterfowl etc.. during our stay .The owners Jim and Mona are great host. Our conversations with Jim were truly one of the highlights of our stay. Our adventure at the cabin were truly what we needed for a restful vacation. By the end of our time at the cabin, I would sum up our vacation with the last verses of Robert Frost's poem The Road Not Taken "I took the one less traveled by,And that has made all the difference.I would highly recommend the cabin on Kerr Lake.Thank you Jim and Mona for creating such a special place for our peaceful retreat from all the noise of the outside world. We look forward to coming back."

"My son and I were in town for a fishing tournament on Kerr Lake. The property was perfect for us. It is definitely off the beaten path, but we loved it. Couldn't use the dock because the water was too high in the lake, but we loved it. "

"The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again. "
