Great for military families with teen and tween/other professions moving in or out the area and need a longer stay property. Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Clarksville retreat. This cozy house has wood burning fireplace and modern meets vintage decor. Featuring 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and full bunk bed, perfect for a nice getaway with friends or family. Enjoy the cozy living room with a double futon sofa for extra sleeping space. With amenities like Streaming services, fast WiFi, AC/heat, washer/dryer and 1 car garage with remote. Privacy fence with fire pit. Large fenced in area for fur babies to roam.
Outside motion security cameras. Well established neighborhood with large yard. Coffee and tea complimentary. Hangers, in house washing machine and steam dryer. Very nice neighborhood, very clean house with small deck with chairs and fire pit and another chain link area for our 2 dogs

Family Stay .....

The stay was nice the neighborhood was very quite and the yard was amazing. There are some very soft spots in the floor and some stains on the counter tops and the master bedroom door was broken and we did spray for ants in the master bedroom. Other than that it was nice

Nicely kept home in a nice neighborhood.

This is a well loved, and well cared for home. Everything we needed to acommodate our stay was provided and we had a wonderful vacation. Our dog scratched up a couple of doors, we didnt know that she would do that, and somehow was able to get out and go on a tour of the neighborhood while we were out. Luckily the neighbors were very caring, and corraled the dog for us until we could return. We are happy to pay for the damage to the paint around the doorknobs, and will either crate the dog on our next trip, or leave her with family.
