Barely were able to check in before 3 pm because of a large group that received preference…the next morning at breakfast all that was left was a cold egg, but the other days when breakfast was available it was very poor quality. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the room was fine.

Comfortable, clean, good location - fitness center was good and i used it both evenings I was there. I was remiss in getting the name of the trim young lady who always seemed to be there taking care of whatever needed to be done and making sure the guests were taken care of. I assume she was possibly the manager, but I’m not sure. Whatever her position is, she is definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you for making my stay a good one.

Overall, the facility was good. Breakfast left something to be desired. They only had banana bread muffins. No waffle maker and very minimal selection of fruit. Room was clean as well as the bathroom. Had walk-in shower but no bars available. Air conditioning was only minimal passing grade. Most of the time, it did not cool. Talked with front desk about this but felt like they didn't care. Stayed at this Best Western based on previous experience at Gettysburg, Pa. This place doesn't come close.

Room and staff were excellent except the hand soap dispenser was empty. Breakfast offerings were very meager and unappetizing: preformed eggs, waffle iron not functioning, no cooked oatmeal, no yogurt, only white bread and bagels, no fresh fruit except apples. The Culligan water dispenser was also empty.

Just a one night stay while travelling through, but my second time staying here. Clean rooms, easy check-in, polite staff, and it was quiet. They have a breakfast available but my schedule had me leaving just as it was being set out. Nice play to stay.
