"My wife and I stayed here to get away for a little bit and celebrate her birthday. What a wonderful place to get away too! It's a little walk to the lake, but it's still a really nice view of the lake and wonderful property (with lots of windows). It was hot so we enjoyed the air conditioning. My wife read as many books as she could in the comfy furniture while enjoying the view and I enjoyed hiking the magical trails and kayaking with the Koi fish in the lake. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Thank you Timothy and Jennifer!"

"Located close to some restaurants and shopping and close to Franklin and Oil City attractions and dining . Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with comfortable beds . The breakfast offering was better than you might expect. The room has a small microwave and refrigerator . An affordable comfortable stay."

"I only stayed for a night but it was a good stay. The front desk staff and the manager were really great. They originally gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned but they quickly changed our room and apologized. The manager was really sincere and nice - she seems like a great person. The hotel was recently upgraded so that was nice. Nothing was broken or dirty"

"Rustic glam off-the-grid cabin. Very comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed. You’ll need some basics like a hair dryer, and there’s no microwave, but there is a full sized propane stove with oven. No wifi and minimal cell service, but that’s the good part! The owner had thoughtfully provided some games and cards. "
