The staff member that checked us out wasn't able to print me a receipt due to the internet being down & was going to email me a receipt which never happened. "One of the coolest hotels I have stayed at, felt like stepping back in time. It was weird to not see any staff or other guests at all but great to have the run of the place. Library and sitting rooms beautifully furnished and games room with free Beer tap a highlight for me! "

"Was a great couple months during winter. Had what we needed. Was cozy and the wildlife around was great to watch daily. Would book again. On negative temperature nights it got a little chilly but was sufficient. Driveway during snow was tough but all in all very happy with Eagles Peak Cottage!!"

"The hosts were friendly. We had a minor problem when we first arrived but was able to resolve it right away. The property was nice, exactly like the photos. No surprises. We stayed during the winter and so although we werent able to take advantage of everything nearby, it was still very nice to stay for the weekend. We own a camper and rarely stay elsewhere, so this was a great spot to hang for a weekend getaway to Cook Forest."
