2/10 Terrible

"Pros: Jennifer at the front desk. Very pleasant and professional. Cons: Pretty much everything else. This property is terrible. The room was hot and smelled like mildew and cheap air freshener spray when we opened the door. The AC unit cooled it down eventually but it smelled horrendous when we turned it on. There was dirt and dust and who knows what along every corner and baseboard. The toilet was not bolted to the floor and moved around when you sat on it or tried to get up. The biggest surprise was we didn’t see any evidence of bedbugs or other live insects, the reasons we didn’t turn around and leave was it was very late at night, we had already traveled for 10+ hours and the only property close without going another hour to an hour and a half on the interstate looked worse from the outside. I had already booked this room and paid in advance. We were both too tired to safely drive any further. "
