"This is a scam listing. Planned to stay here with a couple friends while in Claremont. Owner of the listing never properly communicated and then day of arrival, nothing. Actually was able to get Charles Li on the phone and he said he’d call me right back when I expressed my frustration and thought that this was a fake listing. Of course he never called back. Spent over 3 hours communicating with VRBO who were incredibly unhelpful. Still waiting on my refund."
