"We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Braintree three times during our visit to the UK. We were particularly impressed by Kinliegh who seemed to be here, there and everywhere but still had time for the guests. Two observations, the temp controller in room 143 wasn't responding to altered settings and displaying an error message. The breakfast room seems inadequate for the number of guests compared to other Holiday Inn's, It's something we also noticed from a previous stay in 2016."

"Hotel clean and comfortable room of good size. Additional fold out bed for third person. Hotel quiet at night. Good buffet breakfast included. Matt, day manager very helpfull about local area and transportation links. 10 min walk to catch bus line into centre of cambridge."
