"We had a very comfortable stay! The apartment is modern and clean. We had easy access to the under/overground train stations. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants near us. We did have one issue with the shower drain and the management company was very responsive, even sending someone out after hours. We would definitely stay again!"

"Goed ontsloten wat betreft OV: overground en bus en dan aansluiting op underground. Prettig: je kunt er met 6 mensen terecht. Badkamer en kamers waren netjes. Keuken helaas vies en ook te weinig bestek. Dit werd na verzoek en opsturen van foto's van onze kant de volgende dag opgelost, maar je hebt geen zin je vakantie te starten met afwassen. Inchecken kan door sleutel op te halen in winkel; kost wel even wat extra lopen. Verder veel geluid in het appartement door watergebruik en verwarming,...

"This property ended up what I would call a “ghost property” as there was virtually no communication with the host, no key access, absolutely nothing. The “host” cancelled our reservation the day we were to start our stay saying we didn’t meet the minimum age requirement of 18. My husband and I are seniors and were left looking for alternative accommodation 3500 miles from home. If this property is still listed avoid at all costs."

"This was a lovely, well appointed two-bed/two bath condo at Imperial Warf/Chelsea Harbor. The condo was perfect for our two week stay where we had lots of plans connected to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Everything in the space was in good condition. We cooked a few meals in and also did a few loads of laundry and everything worked great. The patio is very private and was a nice place to play cribbage in the evenings when we weren’t out and about London. Our host, Caroline, was very helpful...
