"Her var vi i ødemarken! Langt utenfor sivilisasjonen. Ventet på kontakt med ver i over 5 timer, frøs og det var kaldt! Fikk hjelp til å få på radiatorer når kl var nesten 23:00! Denne slo seg av pg vi måtte slå på igjen etter noen timer!!!! Ingen info om hvordan betjene radiatorpanelet! Vi annulerte dag to, for her ville vi ikke være! Hadde vi fått kontakt med vert tidligere hadde vi reist før, men måtte jo bli natten over - for vi kunne jo ikke booke ny bolig når kl var så sent på kvelden! Men...

"Close to everything in the city host was great gave us recommendations on places to go and see very responsive. Clean house felt like home."

"First, I have to say Michael was an excellent host. I got sick the first night there (obviously picked up in Dublin). Soon almost all of our party was down. Michael went above and beyond to help us, from offering to pick up grocery items, delivering wood and briquettes for the fire, and even bringing a pot of stew his mother made for us. We stayed longer than we had booked because we couldnt drive, and Michael was just wonderful about the entire situation. As for the house, if you love old...

"This property was in a perfect location for us: a short trip to all of the Derry sites and an easy drive to the coast to see the Giant's Causeway, Bushmill's, Dunluce Castle, and Royal Portrush Golf. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wished we had booked longer. Kate ans Sam went above and beyond with their amazing property. We ate every last scone Kate made and loved reading about her recipes. There were tons of towels and bedding. The beds were very comfortable. It was a bonus to have shower gel and items we may have forgotten. They thought of everything when putting this guest house together. "

"Desk check in/out so friendly and welcoming. Patrick even carried my 45# luggage around the corner & up 3 flights of stairs! At check out they allowed us to store our luggage for 4 hours. Very good breakfast. The Bishops Gate #3 that we stayed in has a very comfortable bed. Kitchen had bottled water in the fridge, coffee tea & snacks on the counter. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable as I had arrive a couple hours before my check in and they stored my large luggage with them whilst I explored the city. They also provided me a map, recommended affordable tours and some great sites to visit. I highly recommend this hotel as it is within walking distance to the nightlife, the historical areas, shopping centre and not far from the bus depot if you were catching a bus to another city. My hotel room came with a fan, a security safe for my valuables and I was lucky enough to have a room overlooking the river which was scenic with the Guild Hall and Peace Bridge in view. It was a wonderful experience and thank you again to the Maldron staff, you were all amazing!"
