"I’ve stayed here twice now. Amazing location for downtown ningbo. I was upgraded to a high floor river view corner room which was very nice. Swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are all great. The staff are very good - nothing too much trouble. Easy check in and out. They even let my extended family come and join us in the pool at no extra costs. The breakfasts are so good. Noodle bar and lots of international options. I’ve marked down on sustainability as there is still far too much single use plastic throughout the hotel. So unnecessary but the same all over China "

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Ningbo. There were several restaurants on-site and a breakfast buffet every morning with plenty of options to choose from. One of the best parts was the special internet access that allowed me to use services like Google, which was super helpful during my trip. The service was excellent—my room was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also had two meetings with my suppliers at the hotel, and it worked out perfectly. The atmosphere was calm and not too crowded, so it felt like having a private dinner. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!"

"The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties. Property is Infront of Tianyi Square which makes shopping and dining very convenient."

"This was an OK hotel but it’s the little things that matter. English was non existent with the staff, the heating/cooling in the room wouldn’t adjust and it was on 25 degrees the whole time when it was 35 outside. At times it felt hotter inside the hotel than outside, even in the foyer. As for the breakfast offering, well that was just plain bad. Won’t stay here again"
