Good costumer service , i booked one of the room with private bathroom but outside the room ( i did not realized that ) which i did not like it but it was my fault. "Property manager, Pia, was extremely helpful getting us setup. She reached out early with access codes, and then followed up to make sure we accessed our room without issues. It all went so smoothly for our first time booking at a quaint, boutique hotel, because of Pia. The hotel was very nice, with modern rooms, and very private. The balcony was fantastic for having an espresso in the morning and wine at night."
