"The house is a beautiful old Italian house with high ceilings with wooden beams and tiled floors. Everything in the house worked pedfectly- wifi, hot water, screens on the windows, kitchen and bath. "Loved our stay at House of Alice. It’s very centrally located in Tuscany. Francesco was wonderful and took care of reservations and recommendations for us. The village itself is very small. The house was clean and well appointed. Small recommendations are; it could have used more efficient seating in the living room, a few more kitchen items, larger coffee maker etc. Also the bathrooms could use hooks and a shelf. Overall a wonderful and charming place! I would highly recommend!"

"I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. "We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. In 15 bis 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto viele wirklich lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück ist so gut wie nie Zivilisationslärm zu hören. Richtig gut zum abschalten. "Die Ausstattung war minimal und entsprach z. T. nicht der Beschreibung. Es gab keine Kaffeetassen oder Weingläser und auch keine Liegen für die Terrasse. Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Doch der große Pool und das Personal/Animationsteam waren klasse. Wir haben von dort einige Ausflüge gemacht und mehrere (freie) Strände besucht. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einem Teil der Toskana, der noch sehr italienisch ist."
