"We found the property and location to be very quiet (apart from the chickens!) and relaxing. Loved the pool. Nice restaurant in walking distance (about 30mins up the hill)"

"A more beautiful house would be hard to imagine! The view is amazing, the grounds beautiful and the house well stocked with essentials including soap and toilet paper. A bit of a rough driveway but only 15 minutes from Assisi. The most wonderful and accommodating hosts. We hope to return! "

"The property was stunning, pictures did not do it justice. Exceeded expectations. All the rooms were comfortable and made for an amazing Italian getaway. Host recommended us a chef that came and put on a great couple of meals. Would recommend."

"Franca the host went above and beyond! She helped us every step of the way and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had her prepare a meal for us and our extended family 20 people and it was our favorite meal of our trip ! Everything was so fresh and so wonderful ! "We booked about one year ahead of our stay. The interaction we had with our host was greatly appreciated and upon arrival we were in awe as it was more than we expected. The views, pool, all bedrooms and bathrooms were what was expected. The table at the entry way superseded anything that we expected or encountered. Different languages, suggestions for short trips, day trips, history, choices of venues, restaurants and answers to any question. Renato was very helpful in sending us directions to...

"We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!"

"Very friendly hosts Dante and Messi allowed us to enjoy their great and spacious house and surroundings (lovely garden). All rooms are spacious and well equipped (good beds - lots of space to store your personal belongings) and have all their own bathroom. "Didier and his wife were the perfect hosts. The property is brand new! We were the first to stay. Absolute luxury and convenience. We stayed in winter but we would return for summer to use the pool. Perfect location in Umbria to go to Siena Assisi and Gubbio. Foligno is centrally located and the house was perfect for 6 of us. We will return!!"

"I’ve stayed at Hotel Giotto twice now and it’s such a great place. The views are amazing from the room. The spa was a great way to unwind from all the walking. We had dinner there for two nights that was impressive, the duck dish was a unique dish that I thought was amazing. They also have parking, which is unique for Assisi Also even though is in a ZTL zone , it’s not photo enforced so you can drive directly to the hotel and park there. "
