"Very friendly hosts Dante and Messi allowed us to enjoy their great and spacious house and surroundings (lovely garden). All rooms are spacious and well equipped (good beds - lots of space to store your personal belongings) and have all their own bathroom. Completely equipped indoor kitchen and very practical outdoor kitchen next to one of the terraces. This is a very nice house in a remote and very quiet area right next to the marvelous medieval city of Panicale or lake Trasimeno (you do need...

We had several meals outside on the large patio with expansive views of the Umbrian countryside. The two houses provided lots of room and privacy for all of the couples. Franca served us two amazing home cooked dinners. We wish we could have had her cook more of our meals. I would highly recommend this wonderful Villa for a vacation with friends...

"The property is exactly advertised. The best feature is the view over the lake. Stunning sunsets - no need to find a restaurant. Just sit out on the balcony overlooking the lake and sip a glass of wine."
